Pros

Nice Office spaces taxi payments and free parking for a part of the employees. company reputation which will gain you some advantages in future jobs unique health benefits, best in the city.

Cons

Nepotism- I know at least 6 cases in my time spent there, whatever if it's about promotions or taking on new people. There are people in the upper management core without any management skills what so ever. The general idea is that they make an impression on you without asking your opinion, reasons or explaining your mistakes and opportunities to improve. In this company, rarely employees opinions are taken in consideration Very unqualified Mid-Management- most of them are promoted there in the most typical romanian style; I know cases when direct team leaders ( the new ones) hadn't have a clue about you're work, but were aknowledged to judge your professionalism, commitment and work flow, based on that your salary will raise or not once a year with 9-11%. There are cases where employees conducted coaching sessions for their new team leaders, hired 6 months earlier and for misterious reasons promoted in the meantime. So the disgraceful flattering attitude towards anybody who is beyond you in the chain of command is a religion in this company, you're never gonna move or learn something new unless you don't get "important friends" there. The most important cons of all is that this is a JOB, not a career, as 90% of job positions are made to keep you steady on your desk for years. You do not evolve, no coaching, no self-development opportunities, no nothing.

Pros

Time off when you're able to get it.

Cons

If you are a high performer, be prepared to take on the workload of others. The company does not consistently hold underperformers accountable, which often leaves stronger employees constantly cleaning up the gaps. Hard workers tend to get burned out quickly. Work life balance is a significant challenge. It’s common to work through vacations, as you are expected to find coverage for your responsibilities while you’re away and reliable coverage is difficult to secure. This can create added stress both before and during time off. Overall, the environment may be manageable for someone who prefers a slower pace, but overachievers should be aware that their workload will expand without additional support. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Lack of accountability for underperformers, which leaves high performers constantly left to fix their mistakes.
