Pros

Think 10 times before joining this company. Some of the teams are good but most of them are bad with worst management and favouritism.

Cons

I worked very hard for around 3 years and in return got a very disrespectful exit. In my team there was a fight between two project leads. One project lead finished the team of another project lead by doing politics in every aspect. One lead always gave negative reviews of competitors to upper management. Also threatening the QA team members to not report bugs in their work. The project manager supporting the project lead put many hardworking employees on PIP and gave options to resign silently. Only the favourite employees were treated good. Also the HR people were mixed with the Higher Management. HR did not help anyone, and only put pressure on employees to resign. Everyone was involved in this from director level people to team leads. You cant imagine the level of politics some people play in this team.

Pros

Time off when you're able to get it.

Cons

If you are a high performer, be prepared to take on the workload of others. The company does not consistently hold underperformers accountable, which often leaves stronger employees constantly cleaning up the gaps. Hard workers tend to get burned out quickly. Work life balance is a significant challenge. It’s common to work through vacations, as you are expected to find coverage for your responsibilities while you’re away and reliable coverage is difficult to secure. This can create added stress both before and during time off. Overall, the environment may be manageable for someone who prefers a slower pace, but overachievers should be aware that their workload will expand without additional support. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Lack of accountability for underperformers, which leaves high performers constantly left to fix their mistakes.
