Ski pass, good wages for area, great coworkers, great job for people in their 20s.
Cons
Lack of housing in Big Sky can cause commute from Bozeman. Management can have a lot on their plate, makes it tough for staff. Guests at the resort are highly demanding, sometimes rude.
