Honestly, none that I can think of, the place is a shambles.
Cons
Too many to list, I've never encountered an organisation like it. Zero communication, blatant lies to staff and clients, unrealistic expectations, no understanding of the service offerings they actually provide, no understanding of the market place in which they operate, Say they will do anything for a client, even when they don't have the ability or resources to provide this and then throw staff under the bus. An utter joke of a company. Pay is pathetic also.
