Pros

1. Five days working week. 2. Multiple types of audits provide excellent learning opportunities.

Cons

No option for work from home. Heavy pressure on old employees, as new employees are not given responsibilities citing lack of experience. Festival and birthday celebrations are funded by employee contributions. No offsite events in the last four years; the only one conducted was for senior management (AVP and above). Some teams follow a fixed seating arrangement like in school because certain team leaders do not want to allow open seating, even though company policy permits it. Team leaders sometimes force employees to attend parties or dinners even when they don’t wish to. False commitments regarding promotion. Recruitment promises specific office locations (like Airoli or Goregaon), but after joining, managers deny working from those locations. Space constraints at the head office — 4–5 employees are seated in an area meant for 3. Lack of discipline — many employees come late, and those who arrive on time are judged for leaving on time by latecomers.
