Pros
Been at Yieldbot since the early days and while many start-ups struggle to transition into larger businesses Yieldbot has done an incredible job. The level of leadership experience is what you would expect at a much larger company (there are 3 ex CEOs who work here not including the current CEO) and the growth vibe is to hire smart enthusiastic people and then let them do their job. Mid management is mostly people that have come up the ranks in Yieldbot which is also really cool. As far as the company goes our customers love us because we are no B.S. with them and that's because the product is simply amazing and keeps getting insane results. Many clients have been working with Yieldbot for years and we get awesome new ones all the time.
Cons
The pace here can be really fast and people are really busy and while they all want to help it can't always be right away. For a long time there was a lack of training but about a year ago Yieldbot University started and it has made a huge difference though still some things that need to be added to it.
