Pros
Real ownership of your projects: There is no micromanagement and if you are responsible you'll thrive. Unlimited PTO: As long as you are getting your job done, you don't need to feel bad about taking time off to cool down and keep the good work. Colaborative teams: My team is full of great people and we all help each other. Everyone I met so far is this way
Cons
They pay LATAM employees less then half of what they pay US based employees for the same work, I just think that it isn't very fair in a result-oriented company to compensate differently based on location and not on results.
