Best business model I've ever been part of. There is written procedure for everything. Runs like a well-oiled machine. Family owned-and operated and has the kind of reputation that cannot be bought with generations of loyal customers and word-of-mouth. Provides benefits to full-time employees. Free uniforms (t-shirts) provided. The same faces are there for years and years.

With a menu of hot dogs, cheesesteaks, and hamburgers don't expect to eat healthy while you work here. Pay is only fair for part-timers. Had to leave because I needed to make more money than what they offered.
