1. The application of company culture seems to be misleading. 2. The tasks/projects are not followed by any standards/methodology, therefore, you may found yourself lost in the bunch of unamed tasks. 3. Combined of 2 former points, many projects within the company may not come to a good end. And eventually, the people involved may realize they was doing the inefficient & ineffective works.
