Pros
Flexible Scheduling- this was very nice Easy work most of the time Raises. Opportunitites to become a manager. Most of the workers are really nice and fun. Tips Customers are rarely rude Overall it's a good job for high school or college students.
Cons
Favorites are majorly played- especially toward males. At least at my store, the males barely worked and refused to do the shipment but they constantly received raises. It was very frustrating and unfair. Males were also allowed to break dress code. Extremely boring (except in June/July) and even doing homework wasn't allowed although we wouldn't have customers for HOURS at times. So you just had to stand around and clean everything for the 100th time or you'll risk getting in trouble. No breaks. Sometimes I would work 7-8 hours by myself cause people at my store had problems showing up so I had to work 2 shifts and I never got a proper break.... and we weren't even supposed to sit on the chairs in the store for a quick break. Very limited hours. 25 max, even in summer.
