There are times when IT drives the business vs. the business driving the business. HR needs to act as a stronger business partner. Comp plans and salary bands are totally outdated and need an overhaul to attract top talent.

The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.
