The only pro I can give this place is that it's on my CV and got my foot in the door in this industry.
Cons
. Absolutely incompetent leadership and communication from upper management. . No sick pay. . Overtime hours worked us to the point of exhaustion. . Pay in general was staggeringly low compared to other companies, potentially the lowest in the country. . Gave unfair treatment to people that have been there longer and in certain social circles. 'Old boys club' seems to be the term. . Openly hostile to the LGBTQ, minorities, the disabled, and unsympathetic to mental health issues.
