Ok - Telemarketer Yonder Data Solutions Employee Review

Pick your shifts (when there are any!!!) and work from home. That’s all the good. The job itself is stupid and boring with unrealistic “targets” even though its mostly a game of luck calling random people. If you’ve had a day of basically all voicemails (which happens often) they tell you to “perk up” and “really push” for the target… as if you can do anything about it!!!!

DON’T WORK HERE! No shifts, months without any shifts and no notice either! You’re never kept in the loop. Pay is bad. Management is terrible and so rude, particularly Leeanne. Unrealistic targets that I mentioned above. No motivation to hit the targets either, you don’t even get bonuses, it’s just hit the targets or else not get given any shifts again! SO terrible.

They try to be so corporate which feels very false given the poor management of the finance department, and just generally the management structure feels very top heavy meaning more junior employees are overworked underpaid - however its the best learning curve i've had (because you literally have to do everything). Training is pretty much non-existent
