      Salaries are great! Students are great!

      Cons

      Incestuous environment... A lot of employees with relatives or connections working there... Leadership is biased in all things... many high level administrators and faculty administrators are in positions due to playing up to certain people and not because of talent... A lot of cover ups of mismanagement and integrity issues...

      Pros

      People worked at York are really nice. Since York is a senior college in CUNY system, you could teach good students.

      Cons

      The location is close to J F K airport. If you are not living at long island, you have to take e train to the end. It will take 40 mins.
