Pros
Great people, challenging tasks, excellent offices, decent salary if you negotiate one during on-boarding. It is a 1500+ people startup.
Cons
You don't get to those great tasks as the vision and strategy change every week. Inexperienced young management is living a dream and no one wants to take the responsibility. Even after 5 years it's being treated as a startup, so whenever projects move to operations - they fail. Seriously lacks business vision and pushiness since the departure of the previous CEO in 2012.
