      Pros

      If you wanna waste your time then its a perfect place for you.

      Cons

      1. the CEO is the stupidest person I have ever seen in the world. 2. I don't know how the CEO Subir Saha got a dr degree . 3. Doest pay salary. 4. will appoint you as engineer then you will force to do data entry, sales etc. 5. Insults you for no reason. 6. Doesn't understand business . 7. No body will help you to learn anything there.

      Best Reasons are like - WORK CULTURE , can EXPERIMENT with the given work , the help i get , the type of ENCOURAGEMENT & APPRECIATION i get helps me to love my work more and more , learning new tech things from seniors that is amazing!!! Simply , ENJOYING AUTOMATION TESTING!!!

      Nothing as such!! But yes , issues do comes up & i take all those things as challenges thus makes me more stronger! And definitely , my colleges , LEAD , MANAGER is very supportive for any point of time!!

      *open culture to share you idea with you manager. * very supportive colleague.

      Cons

      * Managements should be more proactive and organized * Managements should not only be focusing on making business but also taking care of technology and employee, should be aware of latest technology and it's implementations so that developer can learn and implement it.
