      Fun product Young environment Nice office Stock options

      Cons

      CEO is in love with himself, and has a pretty disturbing personality. Management has no idea what they're doing. Salaries are shameful. Poor product strategy, it doesn't seem to go anywhere.

      Everyone cares. Everyone is adept at their role. Everyone demonstrates reliability and trust. No one needs micromanaged.

      The teams are small enough that you may be needed during PTO.
