Poor Management - Account Manager Youlend Employee Review

This company is amazing to work alongside.

I have no adverse things to say.

Lunch, salary, and nice location.

Oh YouLend USA. What can I say that the many other reviews didn't already say? My time there was short lived but I was able to gather some great intell. This company could really be terrific. But they have a very childlike mindstate when it comes to doing business efficiently. Communication is absolutely horrid. They have town halls to be open but its literally an hour of blabber. They never answer the real questions. Never want any opinions or even ask what u think. They only hire young people or young minded people who don't or won't speak up about the injustices. Then they reply to the reviews on here with chat gpt responses like people are so dumb they can't see through it. Its truly laughable hahahaha. People are over worked, stressed and burnt out. Please, just have some dignity and don't reply to me. You know you're not going to change and you know these reviews have been honest. If you are hired, use it as a catalyst until you get the job you want. This isn't a place to grow.
