Favoritism environment, management acts like they care but when you have a real situation they say oh well can't help you, Questions are marked as unnecessary question but yet they want you to get everything 100% correct, No extra pay if your bilingual yet you take more calls, Oh, and this L.E.A.P thing they have you say is ridiculous on calls . Pay is low for the amount of stress you get put through at this job.
