3yThank you for this honest and constructive review. It is a great reminder of where we have come from as an organization and where we can improve. It is wonderful to hear that you felt our team was friendly and open, as that is the environment that we work to provide. As you noted, we do look for self-starters in our team members and being self-motivated is one of the best ways to excell in our fast-paced, non-micromanaged environment. I can understand why, especially prior to the changes that we've made to our organizational structure in the last few years, you mentioned that there was too much on everyone's plate. As a small organization, we have often needed team members to 'wear multiple hats.' However, as we have grown, we have restructured to provide a more streamlined, manageable workload for each role on our team. This has also helped to define the roles more clearly and improve communication, which I appreciate your suggestions of as improvements. We have, and will continue to have, high expectations for our team members and our work but within a defined, supportive, environment with an emphasis on work/life balance. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Sincerely, Gabrielle Dale - Managing Director
