Thank you for providing your feedback about your experience with YJP. It is disappointing to hear that this was your experience working with our organization, as it is the opposite of what our current leadership team seeks to provide to our team members. We place a significant amount of trust in our team members and have adopted "supportive" as one of our core values to encourage our team members to trust and help one another. We care deeply about seeing our team members grow and now conduct quarterly conversations with each person to inquire about their personal goals for their growth.
