      Zero - cannot thing of any.

      Cons

      Your role will probably be made redundant within a month if you joining the company as they hire stafff knowing fully they cannot afford to pay them.

      Great people to work with, very relaxed and comfortable working environment, everyone is very open to teaching you about new facets of the industry.
