I’ve been with YRA for almost a year now, and I can confidently say that things have improved a lot compared to when I first started. Under the new management, everything has become more organized and aligned with proper processes. We really appreciate the changes, and it’s clear that the leadership truly listens and supports their people. One thing that stands out is how the founders of YRA genuinely care. They don’t leave you behind instead, they guide and support you, especially if you’re new in the virtual assistant industry. I’m grateful that they believe in beginners and give them opportunities to grow. I truly wish for the company to continue expanding and succeeding!
