      Pros

      Shows you exactly what NOT to do in real estate. His dog was nice too.

      Cons

      As others have mentioned: Chaotic. No direction. Broker is extremely secretive and shady. Talks about having a ton of "exclusives" but actually has none, just leads on toxic properties that no other agent would touch with a ten foot pole. If you want to cold-call random agents all day to only hand the phone over to the broker when an agent stays on the line and then listen to him talk to them about himself for two hours, then this is the agency for you. Otherwise run away, as fast as you can.

      Pros

      I've worked with the principal broker for 10 + years and he an exceptionally rare good nature caring human being, a true man of integrity who is more than willing to help anyone , " a give the shirt off his back kind of guy " He's hard working, smart, funny, knows how to make people money and is well connected in the real estate industry... Anyone who truly wants to work in this extremely challenging business would find him to be a special " gift ", to be around...

      Pros

      You are very flexible to do whatever you want to do and the CEO will give you the opportunity. You will make a lot of money if you are a money-hungry person. On the other hand, you will be disappointed if you want a "babysitter" to provide everything and plan everything for you. Work time is flexible. Training opportunity to help you get started.

      Cons

      Not many career-building perks compared to large compaines.
