As others have mentioned: Chaotic. No direction. Broker is extremely secretive and shady. Talks about having a ton of "exclusives" but actually has none, just leads on toxic properties that no other agent would touch with a ten foot pole. If you want to cold-call random agents all day to only hand the phone over to the broker when an agent stays on the line and then listen to him talk to them about himself for two hours, then this is the agency for you. Otherwise run away, as fast as you can.
