      Pros

      Open minded, relaxed environment with a lot of International colleagues. Due to team size you are challenged to contribute and your opinion is valued. Extra's like Friday afternoon drinks, company outings and all other things that are being done, makes you feel valued.

      Cons

      Covid was a hard time in the travel industry but with the markets returning I feel we are guided through this stormy weather very well.

      Great team environment. Everyone cares about one another and wants to ensure the job is done well. Friday drinks and yearly company holidays also has it's bonus. Ability to work from home.

      Wages could be higher based on the amount of work needed to be done.
