This is a company that has no accountability and does not learn from its mistakes. 2 consecutive years they did a mass hire, only to do a mass fire as they could not pay the new employee's salaries. The pay is far below average, even for senior positions. Do not trust this company, they have a track record of really messing up people's lives. The company is not likely to last the year as there are massive walk-offs and all departments are shrinking and doubling their workloads for the same salary, in fact, less as they are no longer capable of paying employee's performance bonuses.
