- There are many Cons in Yuktamedia - We have work 12 Hours daily even Saturdays. -Main thing - Be care full with CEO He used to scold employee with silly reasons. - So much Pressure not only work, so many things. - There is no Management hierarchy. - You have to create work everyday and have to explain point to point to everyone. - I have observed here few Senior folks are struggling. - They will talk only Marathi &Hindi even in meetings. - No scope for seniors. - No team coronation/ Attitude - Every one has different mindsets, they will think talk different ways.
