      Pros

      There's lots a flexibility and no micromanaging. I'm able to blaze my own trail and I'm trusted to get things done. There are fun events often with free food and my department has great energy. We are able to try new things and be different. ZIM is all about allowing employees help improve and make changes,

      Cons

      Only 1 remote day. Your experience may vary depending on department, as with every job. Some are jaded by ZIM from the past, but there has been a genuine effort to improve the employee experience over the last two years.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
