      Pros

      Zim UK is a great place to work. The staff are all polite, helpful and inclusive. Since starting a year ago I have been welcomed in as part of the team. There is great flexibility with being able to work 2 days from home, which creates a great work/life balance. Zim also provides many ways in which to further yourself and creates goals to work towards by offering further training through LinkedIn learning

      Cons

      As this is a worldwide company it can be a bit daunting at first knowing who to ask for help at a regional and head office level.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
