      Pros

      Transparency from Top to Bottom, Agility helps us grow in professional and personal life. Excellent Leadership & Mentorship of Mr. Vivek Sharma under his guidance have learned a lot over past many years. Further ZIM has a reputation of a Stable company and nurtures new talent and allows them to express and grow within the organization. Extremely receptive and empathetic!!

      Cons

      Over the years salary was an area to work which over past few years is taken care especially for long tenured employees and now Company is also sharing regular Bonus with staff as per merit.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
