The salaries and compensation for the type of work done are competitive. The building is roomy and generally a clean working environment.
Cons
Promotion within is limited. The position you are hired for is where you will likely stay. The top performers often carry the rest of the employees and advancement is politics not performance. Management is aloof, uncaring and Cliquish. As the company grows and the workload increases, the turnover rate grows with it. AGAIN: Turnover is very high and great employees are leaving. In some departments 70% rate over the past year. This hurts the morale of the backbone employees of the company. The corporate culture is such that anything goes regarding performance/attendance. If something doesn’t change in the internal structure of departments the problems will continue to grow.
