Daily lunch allowance, health insurance is pretty good.
Cons
No room for growth or creativity. The company is not looking to innovate. They buy terrible 3rd party games, littered with copyright infringement, and aim to break even. The company has been going downhill for years and is at an all time low. There is no accountability and no qualified management, which is what has brought this company down. At this point, its only purpose is so that Chinese-Americans can acquire a work visa while the CEO (who has never stepped in the office) throws away their money running a "Game Company."
