reasonable salary, interesting multi-cultural experience. I've met many interesting local people in different countries with great experiences and know-how. Many challenges to deal with, besides the cultural differences, and opportunities to develop new businesses.

Lack of tools, lack of strategy, a bit too much opportunitistic, lack of ambitions Generally speaking the company still is not mature, and still need to learn to grow
