Small company with a lot of growth opportunities. Good people that work hard

Still building product and don't have a lot of emphasis on sales.

CEO praises culture, but is super fake about it. Because this company was built on an MLM background (pyramid scheme) all they do is tell stories of the company and who’s being backed by it. Once upon a time they said Gary V was an investor which was a huge lie. They say all these great things about the company to make new comers feel like they hit the jackpot, but few months in we all could smell the BS reeking in the rooms. Pay is extremely low. CEO doesn’t have good leadership skills. CEO isn’t open minded to new things great way to run a business.
