In need of change - Payroll Zachry Group Employee Review

In comparison to other companies Zachry's benefits are mediocre. You have to work 5 years(straight) before you get 3 weeks of vacation. I have been with them well over 5 years(closer to 10) and because I don't have a "degree", I have been stomped down on, for a lack of better words. Having a "degree", preferably A&M, and absolutely no experience now outweighs loyal people who have traveled and busted their butts for the company with no appreciation showed at all. If they know you're a hard worker, they will take advantage of that. The more you screw up, the more you move up should be more of their moto!
