Pros
Very people focused company with solid benefits. Rapid growth and reinvestment into their business has created much opportunity. They are ethical and giving in their community.
Cons
Dated good old boy culture that shows with very little young talent. Little or no meaningful engagement from leadership. Operationally a nightmare with entrenched legacy systems across the enterprise and little willingness to change. Every decision made seems to go through the legal department. Very hard to accomplish anything. Everything moves extremely slow. Simply put, they're 30 years behind schedule with all aspects.
