Pros

*Great team culture that is open, nurturing, driven, ambitious and fun. *Excellent people that are intelligent, talented, collaborative, supportive and have a great sense of humour. * Individuals have a great work ethic and “can do”attitude. They are very passionate about what they do. *The high levels of energy and enthusiasm jump out and the office always has a buzz about it. * Interesting, challenging and varied work load. *Strong ethics with lots of career development opportunities. *Amazing to see such a diverse workforce with equal numbers of males to females which was really refreshing and motivating to see in a Fintech company. * Supportive leadership with open door policy that looks to empower its employees . * Great office environment in a fantastic location. *Complimentary snacks and drinks.

Cons

*Due to the changing nature of the business given its stage of development there is a lot of change. If you like a challenge this will keep you on your toes but it is not for everyone, particularly if you like a routine . * Being part of a global company occasionally communication isn’t always as good as it could be.

Pros

1) Work-life balance. 2) Complete remote work opportunity. 3) You get a lot of personal time. 4) Competitive pay - above USA market standards.

Cons

A place of "know-it-alls" with nobody willing to learn and collaborate. No new employee sticks around in this company, (check attrition rate), the ones who have remained are the reason this company is not worth joining. The senior leadership is clueless about how to run a business or respect employee contribution. There are constant changes at the senior management level and therefore you are asked to report to different people with different KPIs. They have stopped innovating on the product, therefore, expect customers to move to competitors. HR does nothing to boost employee confidence or reduce employee attrition.
