Fun product / very poor enviornment - Executive Zak Designs Employee Review

Toxic corporate culture long - unrewarding days and mediocre pay. Owners ineffectively manage through fear and blame while displaying no leadership capability.They are consistantly unethical be it supplier treatment, employee lay off strategies or how they portray themselves to the community. The company has been the proverbial revolving door. The businesss has survived in spite of management due to the Disney liscense.
