Bulling culture- upper management don’t know what exactly they want from employees. You are responsible/ blamed for every wrong thing happens in company. No trust No respect for employees, treat them like slave. Deduct every single penny from your salary even if you are one minute late but would not pay you for overtime if stay back or start early. Finance director doesn’t know how to calculate pay, makes a mistake in every single months pay. If you contact - he would not response to your email or would not arrange meeting for discussion Dirty office and kitchen No benefits 20 holidays and from that deduct 4 for Christmas closure No sick pay No flexibility Unprofessional working environment
