Zaloni has a great culture that's built upon teamwork and collaboration. While the staff is spread across the world, through technology and company-wide meetings it's easy to get to know people on an individual level. There are many opportunities to hear what's happening in different departments and how that ties into the overall goals and mission, which helps you understand the big picture of what's going on.

Like many start-ups, there are many "plates in the air" at one time that can occasionally result in getting pulled away from key responsibilities. Individuals sometimes, in an effort autonomous and helpful, will duplicate work due to siloed communication that doesn't include parties/departments who may have been able to help assist in completing tasks more efficiently.
