Pros
Zapper, as a company, has been around for years, but is just now establishing itself in the USA. The team here is energetic and excited to be bringing this company to the US. The work is very collaborative, and everybody's voice matters. Feedback from superiors is always constructive. Trying out ideas and testing theories is always encouraged. Work/family life balance has been great. Supervisors are very understanding when family members are sick and you need to work from home.

If you require the structure and rules of a well established corporation, this might not be the place for you.
