      Pros

      ZU has changed a lot, every year we move two steps backwards.

      Cons

      The whole environment is toxic. There is zero job security and faculty are not appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

      Pros

      ZU is an exceptional institution of higher education. I’m proud to say that I have contributed to its reputation as one of the best universities in the Middle East by establishing new programs, hiring exceptional faculty and stuff, and terminating some bad apples who don’t belong there (or anywhere else, for that matter)
