Pros
- small team of highly talented people: everyone is super smart, focus on quality, both CTO and CPO are still coding
- complex features to develop and issues to fix: always something new to do, very interesting topics, very high traffic / challenges
- full remote and autonomous devs: writing culture, no meetings, asynchronous, deep focus mentality, feature lead (to give ownership to devs on each feature)
- continuous delivery: we deploy in prod multiple time everyday, a lot of tests on backend and frontend
- offsites at least twice a year (+ hackathons, smaller events ...)
- really good package
- last but super important, very inspiring people, great management, very cool team to work with
Cons
- the hiring process is long: the team is selective on new member, they want everyone to be/feel a part of it. Also they're looking for something very specific and you need to meet the criteria (soft + hard + communication skills)
- need great expertise on multiple subjects: they are looking for people that they can learn from, but also that everyone can learn from / challenge each other.
- english first: it's an international company so everything written or spoken is in english (which is not an issue for anyone in the team)
