Awesome company with an inclusive mindset - Talent Acquisition Specialist Zebra Technologies Employee Review

I joined Zebra in January 2019 and have really enjoyed my experience so far. The business has a really positive and inclusive approach to working. People are friendly and even though we employ 7k people it has a family feel to it. I have seen many examples of people developing and progressing their careers and been given the opportunity to learn through "job rotation" and our learning platform called degreed. The benefits offered are good although there is some room for improvement. The reward and recognition scheme is excellent and ahead of what many other organisaitons offer.
