Pros
- Diverse culture, many inclusion and diversity groups - Opportunities to learn and grow (internal learning platform, linked-in learning) budget for learning - People I have worked within many departments are really helpful and it's a team environment - Flexible working arrangements allow me to be remote and have some control over work/life balance
Cons
- As with many companies, you need to work to get recognized by upper management if your manager isn't supportive and if you typically don't work directly with them - Growing company so be prepared to wear many hats (but I do have to say that it allows you to learn more and challenge yourself as you plan your career)
