      Good salary, good co-workers in day to day operations, good working conditions in the department. Relative autonomy in prioritizing work.

      Cons

      Management at all levels values conflict over interdepartmental success. Very little support of rank and file employees. Us vs them mentality in all departments. Significantly understaffed. Under trained. Demand sacrifice of home/private life to move up in company.
