Pros
The work-life balance here is wonderful. I am able to work from home and work flexible hours when needed. The current benefits are some of the best I have ever had.
Cons
There are too many Moto people and Moto ideas still running the show. Managers are either spectacular or terrible. It's a roll of the dice as to which one you'll get. Talented and tenured employees are leaving left and right. The pay could be better, especially for those who have been around for awhile.
