Exponential learning required initially but feels mundane after like 2 years. Lot of emphasis on innovation. Decent pay and work-life balance comparitive to other Mid-sized comapnies.
Cons
Slow promotions and less pay compared to market standards. Favouritism and Nepotism like elsewhere. Canteen food is worst.
