Cons
* There appears to be a gap between current practices and what is obtainable in the market for the new team, along with some hesitation in embracing change.
* It is disappointing when internal teams intentionally delay assistance or undermine efforts, overlooking that we are collectively responsible for the company’s overall performance.
* I would like to highlight the need for Mercy and Shade to be more welcoming and supportive toward new team members. Given their leadership positions, it is essential that they model understanding, lead with empathy, encourage trust, and promote a positive and productive environment.
